trial 30 days

It has been a long time that I can not do any. I believe that my stamina is, I get tired easily. This is not a good sign. I tried to do some exercise of Tai Chi after work. However, does not seem to remain. I exercise regularly. I jogged 3 days a week at least 5 kilometres. In addition, I had the Tai Chi classes twice a week. But now busy working life and my favorite Korean series on television at night, not exercise.

Recently came across a very interesting idea is the interest rate, requested 30 days to success. How it works, it gives you that want to start a new habit, e.g. jogging for at least three times a week. You can think of this temporary activities. You can do experiments for 30 days. After 30 days you do not need to continue this already.

I think that this is human nature, when we must change our habits, it seems very difficult for us to begin. And you will be more difficult when we should continue this for the rest of our lives. Receive only and start to begin. But if we think of this as a temporary change only, then it is not difficult for us. However after 30 days will be able to return to normal daily life.

So what happens after the 30 day trial, it will become a habit for us and will be easier for us to continue to keep this habit. This is a powerful tool for improving our lives.

Will try with 15 minutes, just daily Tai Chi exercises for 30 days.
